On most days between July and September 2014 a male offender has been getting on a tram on Elgin Street in Carlton during the peak morning period heading towards the Melbourne CBD. The offender then has indecently assaulted a number of females before alighting at Melbourne Central. The offender is described as wearing a dark grey Adidas jumper, dark coloured track pants and carries a large duffel bag.
