On Monday the 31-12-12 just after 1.00 am a fight broke out between some ten males outside a fast food restaurant opposite the Rye Pier. A twenty-two-year-old male was airlifted to The Alfred Hospital with critical injuries and a twenty-three-year-old male to Frankston Hospital with a broken jaw.
