On Monday the 25th March 2013 at around 2.40 pm a female was walking her dog in Barwon Heads when a male assailant pushed her from behind causing her to fall to the ground. The male assailant then pulled his pants down and exposed himself to her before fleeing. Detectives from Geelong are investigating the incident.
