On the 5th January 2013 at around 3.00 pm a male driver was reverse parking in Chapel Street Windsor when the motorist behind him honked his horn and then parked his van nearby and alighted and repeatedly shouted at the victim before punching the driver’s side window. The incident was witnessed by the victim’s four-year-old son.
