On Friday the 17-08-12 at around 9.30 pm the thirty-one-year-old victim became involved in a verbal altercation in Dandenong with the drivers of two other motor vehicles. All three men alighted from their motor vehicles and the victim was then punched several times to the head requiring treatment from the Dandenong Hospital.
