On Thursday the 31st October 2013 a male was driving along Hillcrest Road in Frankston when he noticed a motorcyclist riding erratically and there was an exchange of words. The motorcyclist then began kicking the victim’s motor vehicle who attempted to escape but was pursued by the offender. The victim then stopped on Beaconsfield Parade but was followed by the offender who continued to verbally abuse him and damage his motor vehicle. A physical altercation then ensued before the offender fled only to return a short time later carrying a boning knife. The victim then fled the scene and reported the incident to police.
