On the 6th January 2013 at around 12.30 am the fifty-year-old male driver overtook another vehicle on McKimmies Road in Mill Park when the driver of the other vehicle began to follow him. Both vehicles then stopped and both drivers alighted when the fifty-year-old man was attacked and punched and kicked until unconscious. The assailant was described as being around thirty years of age with a full sleeve tattoo on his left arm.
