On the 28-05-12 at around 2.00 pm a male BMW driver in his twenties almost crashed into another motor vehicle while overtaking it in Albert Park and again a short time later when the assailant braked heavily causing both vehicles to come to a stop. The assailant then alighted and threatened to harm the other motorist and proceeded to punch and kick his motor vehicle.
