On Monday the 11th March 2013 at around 2.20 am a twenty-four-year-old female entered the toilets at an entertainment complex on Springvale Road in Glen Waverley when she was followed by a male assailant who attempted to remove her clothing and sexually assault her. A female friend of the victim then entertained the toilets and the assailant fled. The assailant was described as being of Asian appearance and aged between twenty and twenty-five years. Box Hill SOCIT detectives are investigating the assault.
