On the 22-04-13 at around 4.00 pm a female was walking her dog through Hansen Reserve when the male assailant
started yelling lewd remarks at her and then followed her with his pants down and grabbed her before the victim screamed and fled.
On the 25-05-13 at around 5.00 pm a twelve-year-old boy was walking on Ormond Road in Footscray when the male offender approached him with his pants down and made suggestive comments.
On the 31-05-13 at around 3.30 pm seven and nine year old girls were walking on Wattle Street when a male offender exposed himself to them.
On the 04-06-13 at around 4.30 pm a female was walking on Roberts Street when a male assailant followed her and when the female began to run he chased her and grabbed her from behind.
Footscray detectives are investigating the incidents and believe the same offender is responsible for all four incidents.
