On the 18-02-17 at around 10.20 pm a twenty-one-year-old female from St. Kilda was approached by three teenage females when an altercation occurred and she was slashed with a knife to her upper arm before the offenders ran away down Spencer Street towards Flinders Street. The victims was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. All three female offenders were described as being of Islander or Asian appearance. Transit CIU detectives are investigating the stabbing.
