On Saturday the 23-08-14 a fifteen-year-old boy was physically assaulted as he walked away from an out of control party on Station Street in Bayswater. Police were called to the party after gate-crashers arrived and a number of fights broke out amongst the one hundred or so individuals. It is alleged that the teenage boy was struck by a youth running past him causing him to fall and strike his head on the footpath. The victim was taken to the Royal Children’s Hospital where he has been place in an induced coma. Knox Crime Investigation Unit detectives appealing for witnesses to the assault.
