On the 20-02-17 at around 12.00 noon a teenage male was being racially abusive abusing towards several male customers in a fish and chip shop located on High Street in Shepparton. A fifty-year-old male asked the offender to leave at which time the offender punched the victim to his chest and as the victim turned to flee the offender again punched him to the face. A teenage female who was with the offender then also became violent striking a twenty-two-year-old female to the face before both offenders fled.
