On Wednesday the 19-03-14 at around 2.35 am a male offender entered a service station on Lygon Street in Brunswick East and threatened the shop attendant with a spear-gun. The offender was given cash and cigarettes before fleeing on foot. The assailant was described as being aged between twenty and thirty years, Caucasian and wearing a hooded jumper. Police are appealing for witnesses.
