On the 03-02-14 at around 12.30 am two campers were awoken by three offenders at a camping ground near Shepparton. The offenders were armed with a hatchet and a firearm and demanded money before fleeing with the victim’s iphone in a motor vehicle. The victims are a twenty-three-year-old Italian female and a twenty-one-year-old English male. The offenders included two males and one female of Caucasian appearance. Shepparton police are asking for public assistance for anyone who may have seen the offenders at the camping ground to come forward.
