On Sunday the 20-07-14 at around 12.30 pm a fifteen year old male was waiting at a bus stop at the East Malvern Shopping Centre when he was approached by three teenage males who asked him for a cigarette. When the male victim told the three offenders he did not have any cigarettes they repeatedly punched him demanding his mobile phone. The victim suffered lacerations to his head and damage to his teeth before the offenders fled the scene. Prahran police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
