On the 22-02-12 at around 7.20 am a thirteen year old girl on her way to school was approached by an adult male who attempted to talk to her. On the 24-02-12 the victim was again approached by the same assailant who on this occasion grabbed and kissed her. On the 13-03-12 the same assailant again approached the victim and indecently assaulting her before she managed to push him away and run to a friend’s home.
