On the 23-06-12 at around 7.00 pm a masked armed male assailant entered a convenience store in Victoria Road Northcote and threatened staff with a knife before stealing cash.
On the 01-07-12 at around 5.15 pm a masked armed male assailant entered another convenience store in Victoria Road and threatened staff with a knife but fled after a victim screamed for help.
On the 02-07-12 July a masked armed male assailant entered the same convenience store in Victoria Road as the incident of the 23-06-12 and again threatened staff with a knife before stealing cash.
The assailant in all three incidents is described as possibly being Indian and aged in his mid to late twenties.
