On the 28-02-15 at around 1.00 pm a seventy-seven-year-old woman was returning to her motor vehicle parked at a shopping centre on Raglan Street in Warrnambool when she was approached by two males. One of the males threatened the elderly victim with a knife demanding the car keys. A struggle then ensured alerting nearby bystanders who promptly came to the victim’s aid resulting in the offenders fleeing on foot. Warrnambool police are appealing for any other witnesses to the incident.
