On the 22-06-17 just before 1.00 am a thirty-seven-year-old man was at a service station on Marine Parade in Elwood when he was approached by four teenagers, three males and one female. The offenders threatened the victim with knives before stealing his motor vehicle. Later that morning at around 3.00 police arrested a fourteen-year-old boy from Ashwood, two fifteen-year-old boys from Altona Meadows and a sixteen-year-old girl from Werribee in Healesville. The four teenage offenders are expected to be charged with armed robbery, theft of motor car and weapon offences.
