On Monday the 12-11-12 a twenty-year-old male was shot to the abdomen in Portland. The victim was initially treated at the Portland Hospital and then flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital where he passed away. A 26-year-old male has since been charged with murder to appear at the Warrnambool Magistrates Court.
