On the 10-05-16 at around 6.00 am the female occupant of an Adelaide Street home in Mornington entered her garage to see a male crouching near her motor vehicle. The man then jumped up and grabbed her by her shoulder demanding the car keys. The female victim threw her cup of tea at the offender causing him to run off. A neighbour heard the woman’s screams and called police on Triple Zero. The female victim was then taken to hospital with chest pains. The offender was described as being Caucasian, approximately 170cm tall and wearing dark pants and a dark coloured hooded top.
